About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Dashinu, operated by Diego Ayala Escamilla (“we”, “us”), at Residencial Monteverde Casa 11 (C-45 Ext 113), Conkal, Yucatán 97345, México. By creating an account or using Dashinu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract. Keep your login details private and your information accurate. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Plans and payment
Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may not include applicable taxes.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
We may change our prices. We will let you know before a change affects you.
Your content
You own everything you upload to Dashinu. You give us permission to store it and show it to you and to the people you share it with, only as needed to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dashinu to share illegal content, infringe on anyone’s rights, spread malware, harass anyone, or interfere with the service or other accounts.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
Dashinu is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Dashinu after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the applicable federal laws of Mexico and the laws of Yucatan. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.
