Who we are
Dashinu is operated by Diego Ayala Escamilla (“we”, “us”), at Residencial Monteverde Casa 11 (C-45 Ext 113), Conkal, Yucatán 97345, México. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy covers our launch in the United States and Mexico.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and password.
- Content: the files, messages and other material you or your clients add to a portal.
- Payment information: your plan and billing history. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Usage information: IP address, browser type, and how you use the website and app, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
We use your data to provide Dashinu, process payments, contact you about your account, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. These uses are necessary for the service.
We also use it to email you about product news when you have not objected. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email or writing to us, without affecting your account.
On the website, we analyze usage and improve Dashinu only after you choose to allow analytics. You can withdraw that choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that process it on our behalf to run Dashinu, or when the law requires it. These include:
- Google: Firebase Hosting for the website and Google Analytics on the website.
- PostHog: product analytics and error tracking on the website and app.
- Laravel Cloud: app hosting and database.
- Cloudflare R2: file storage.
- Resend: account and billing email.
- Stripe: payments.
These providers may store and process data in the United States. We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in. On our website, Google Analytics and PostHog cookies are disabled until you allow analytics. If you later withdraw consent through the cookie settings link in the footer, we stop analytics and remove first-party analytics cookies where feasible. In the app, PostHog helps us understand usage and fix errors, and it also waits for your choice. A choice made on the website or in the app applies to both.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to how we use it, limit its use or disclosure, or withdraw your consent. To make a request, email hello@dashinu.com with your name and what you are asking for. We will reply within 20 business days.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is open. After you close it, we delete it, except what we must keep for legal or tax reasons.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and let you know by email or in the app if the change is significant.
